One of the most important things you can do to get your body ready to conceive children is to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Nutrition is an
important part in being fertile for both men and women. Make sure you eat lots of fruits and vegetables, watch your weight, don't smoke or drink
alcohol in excess. All these factors can reduce the man's sperm count and affect a women hormonal balance harming a couples chances of conceiving
a child.
